We offer delivery to Malaysia & Singapore. We do offer to worldwide. However, please contact our customer service if you are sending this to other countries besides Malaysia & Singapore.  

When can I expect my order to arrive and how do you charge for delivery?

I’m buying a gift for someone else, can you help me deliver to him/her directly?

Of course! You’ll be able to personalise your gift message at checkout so they’ll knows who their lovely gifter is.

How can I get updates on the status of my order?

All standard delivery orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days upon verification of payment. For express delivery, all orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Once dispatched, we will send you a Dispatch Confirmation via email together with your postal tracking number. 

What is your return policy?

If we have made a mistake with the personalisation or with the products, we will replace immediately. Email us a photo of your item (with the faulty part) together with a short description and your order number to hello@cadeausgift.com and we will exchange your item for a new one. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace products whereby a spelling or other errors were made during the ordering process as all our products are personalised specifically for you. Please do check all orders prior to checking out.
