Material information is listed within each item’s description individually, the exterior is made from natural fibers like cotton, linen, or wool, and lining is 100% cotton.

We recommend hand washing your items gently, using cold water and laying flat to dry. Avoid using bleach or oxidizing agents on your items.

Order Information

You simply pick the item(s) that you like, choose how you'd like to personalise them on their respective product pages and checkout! Then just leave the rest to us. We'll ensure your personalised items arrive at your doorstep perfectly packed in our luxury gift box!

No, we will not include the invoice or bill in the gift box unless requested.

Pre-order items take approximately two weeks to reach your beloved.

All orders will arrive perfectly at your doorstep in our luxury gift box! Whether you're purchasing one or several items, you will receive one complimentary gift box with every order. We believe unboxing a gift is half the fun of receiving one!

Our standard delivery for Peninsular Malaysia is within 5 - 7 business days of ordering, while East Malaysia is within 6 - 10 business days (unless stated otherwise in Delivery Method during checkout). We also offer express delivery option. Free standard delivery in Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders above RM150. For Singapore, delivery charge is weight based and unfortunately, we do not provide free delivery for Singapore currently. For more info on delivery, click here.

You may personalise your own gift message during checkout. All of our gift cards are designed in-house and the message are all handwritten for an extra personal touch.

Our boxes are made of hardcover and will not be easily damaged.

Oh no! We are so sorry for this blunder! If we have made a mistake with the personalisation or sent you a faulty or incorrect item, we will replace the item for you immediately. Email us a photo of your item (with the faulty part) together with a short description and your order number to support@cadeausgift.com and we will exchange your item for a new one instantly.  

By default, we will pack all items in an order into one gift box. If you require additional gift boxes, kindly leave us a note during checkout.
