Yes, same-day delivery is available for selected gifts in major areas across Malaysia only. Cut-off times apply and will be shown at checkout.

Each merchant sets their own delivery fee. If you buy from multiple merchants in one order, delivery fees will be calculated separately at checkout.

Please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the item. We’ll work with the merchant to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

For hygiene and perishable reasons (flowers, cakes, food items), we cannot accept returns. For non-perishable items, returns may be possible depending on the merchant’s policy. Please refer to our Returns Policy.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment method and bank.
