Order & Delivery

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Online Banking & e-Wallet. We also offer interest-free installment payments through Atome (see below for details). All pricing is shown in MYR, unless otherwise indicated.

With Atome, you can split your payment into 3 interest-free installments by debit or credit. You'll pay the first payment at the point of purchase. The next two payments will be spread 30 days apart. Just follow these three easy steps:

1. Select Atome during checkout. 

2. Make payment.

3. Check the status of your payment schedule under “Bills” in Atome app. You’ll also be informed when your payment cycle is complete. That’s it!

We ship only to Malaysia & Singapore! Enjoy free shipping over RM100 across Malaysia. Orders going to Singapore will pay a flat shipping rate of RM30 per gift box. For all other shipping info, see our shipping page

Every single order will be prepared and delivered to you with care and perfection.

Whether you’re purchasing the gift for yourself or your loved ones, it comes with a complimentary gift box. Gift box will be included with any items!

While we do not offer gift wrapping, each cadeaus order will be wrapped in a gift box and bubble wrapped. If you would like to send as a gift to a special little one in your life, you can add a personalized gift message that will be printed on a custom cadeaus gift card and placed inside the gift box.

By default, we will never include an order invoice in the gift box. Kindly reach out to us via Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Message, or e-mail at support@cadeausgift.com if you'd like us to provide you an invoice.  

For alphabets, 13 characters. For chinese characters, 4 characters. This includes letters, numbers on the builder.

We know how important and special this time of year is, so encourage you to shop as early as possible this holiday! Orders with normal shipping are typically dispatched within 5 business days, but please be advised that processing time may be affected by COVID-19 by up to 3 days as our fulfillment center maintains safe physical distancing and sanitation procedures to protect the health of employees packing up orders.

Orders with expedited shipping will be dispatched within 2-3 business days during this time. Thank you for your support!

You may expect the arrival date of our standard delivery for Malaysia & Singapore is within 5 - 8 business days of ordering, expedited delivery is within 2-4 business days.

Malaysia orders will ship by Ninja Van Malaysia and expedited shipping is provided by either Ninja Van Malaysia or Lalamove, where applicable.

Singapore orders will ship with our partner carriers, Ninja Van Malaysia.

**COVID-19 UPDATE: Please be advised that many couriers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19. All orders are expected to be in transit longer than expected.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may not update daily, but your order is still moving! If you have questions about parcel tracking, you can email support@cadeausgift.comfor more information.

To ensure prompt delivery, orders begin processing immediately and can’t be changed or cancelled once placed.

Parcels are often held by Ninja Van Malaysia for pick up, if your mail carrier cannot find a safe place to leave it. We recommend contacting the Ninja Van Malaysia if your order has been marked delivered but has not been received. If you are unable to locate your order once it has been marked delivered, please reach out to support@cadeausgift.com for assistance!

All sales for our embroidery products are considered final sale. If we have made a mistake with the personalization or sent you a faulty or incorrect item, we will replace the item for you immediately. Email us a photo of your item (with the faulty part) together with a short description and your order number to support@cadeausgift.com and we will exchange your item for a new one instantly.
