Where do you deliver?

We currently offer delivery in Malaysia & Singapore. We do welcome orders from other countries too, please contact us at for shipment charges and delivery availability before ordering online.

When can I expect my order to arrive and how do you charge for delivery?

5 – 8 working days (unless stated otherwise in Delivery Method during checkout)

FREE for orders above RM100

RM4.90 flat rate for orders below RM100 

2 - 4 working days

We will prioritize your order & deliver it on the next day post-production. 

RM30 flat rate

East Malaysia

8 – 10 working days (unless stated otherwise in Delivery Method during checkout)

FREE for orders above RM200

RM15 flat rate for orders below RM200

RM 30 flat rate per box.

Weight-based charges. Our website will quote the shipping rate for you based on your cart items and delivery address



Do you offer next day delivery?

Contact us directly via Facebook Messenger, Instagram Chat / email to for urgent deliveries and we’ll try our best to help you!


I’m buying a gift for someone else, can you help me deliver to him/her directly?

Of course! We will send the gifts to the recipient & you’ll be able to personalize your gift message at the order page so they’ll know who their lovely gifter is.


How can I get updates on the status of my order?

For Malaysia Deliveries:

All standard delivery orders are processed and dispatched within 5 to 8 working days upon verification of payment. Once dispatched, we will send you a Dispatch Confirmation via email together with your postal tracking number. To track your order, please visit and enter your Ninja Van tracking number.


Can I deliver my gifts to separate addresses?

Sure, just write this in the special instructions box at checkout. We will contact you for further verification if instructions given to us are unclear.


What is your refund policy?

If we have made a mistake with the personalisation or with the products, or because it is defective, we will exchange / refund immediately. Kindly contact us for an exchange / refund at any time within 7 days of receipt. Email us a photo of your item (with the faulty part) together with a short description and your order number to and we will exchange your item for a new one.
